ANZ Ammonia Producers Annual Conference 2023

Dear all,
I hope by now, all of you have travelled to your places safely and are getting back to routine work at our plants. With about 60 attendees (25 Producers) from 6 NH3 plants in the region and the folks from 12 companies of suppliers/vendors/technology providers, I believe this year's 16th Annual ANZ Ammonia Producers conference was also a great success like the past ones.
First, I would like to thank Brett Landells & Hannah Campbell and the Dyno Nobel Moranbah team, who have put in a lot of effort in hosting the annual conference at the Rydges Mackay Suites in Mackay, QLD over three days from 24 to 26 Oct 2023.
The plant tour organised by the Dyno Nobel Moranbah team on the 3rd day of the conference for those attendees who travelled there in small groups went well, and the visitors were impressed with the excellent housekeeping.
This year also, we have had many presenters from overseas, including Casale from Switzerland, Clariant and KES from Singapore, and Haldor Topsoe from Indonesia.
On behalf of NH3 producers, I would like to thank BASF, Casale, Clariant, Contract Resources, Glencore, Topsoe, InterContinental Energy, KES Global, Nalco, Solenis, Uniquip, and Veolia, who have sponsored the lunches and tea/coffee breaks on the first two days.

Once again, I would like to acknowledge the support of all the site/plant managers by sending delegates from each NH3 plant in the region to this annual conference over the last 16 years.
Last but not least, I would like to thank Hannah Campbell, Baylee Jackson, Crystal Cook and Vineeth Tharaken, who have provided logistical support without which the conference would not have been successful.
Let us look forward to our next year (2024) conference in Newcastle, NSW, to be hosted by the Orica Kooragang Island team.
